Senior Fundraiser - Trusts and FoundationsType: Full-time or Part-time considered (4 days minimum)
Location: Glasgow (some home or Edinburgh office working available by agreement)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

St Andrew’s First Aid is Scotland’s only dedicated first aid charity and its mission is to provide everyone in the country with the highest standards in first aid skills, services and volunteering opportunities. It believes that no-one should suffer or die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. Its network of almost 1000 volunteers attend public events and pass on their skills to communities across Scotland.

The Senior Fundraiser – Trusts and Foundations, will be responsible for ensuring the organisational target for Trusts and Foundations is met. This role will involve researching and identifying potential funders, strong relationship management with funders, keeping up to date with the funding landscape and writing compelling funding applications to a variety of trusts, foundations and other relevant grant makers.
You will be a gifted communicator, and an active listener able to absorb the work of the organisation and creating persuasive cases for support for a multiple audiences through a variety of channels.
If you have experience in a similar role, enjoyed successful bids of five and six figures, excellent communication skills and a real passion for delivering exceptional content to deadlines then this is your chance to join an iconic organisation.
