Are you looking to work for a charity with these goals at the heart of everything they do?

The Scottish Wildlife Trust are looking for an Individual Giving Manager to assist in the achievement of these goals by retaining and growing their existing membership of over 42,000 members and by diversifying sources of individual giving for the charity.

The first priorities for the successful candidate will be to consolidate current activity, work with the wider team on a review of the Fundraising Strategy and develop the recently updated database. The Individual Giving Manager will then look to build capacity in legacy giving and membership.

The charity are looking for an experienced fundraiser with specific skills in Individual Giving. You will be a natural communicator with excellent copy writing skills and experience in managing direct mail campaigns. You will therefore be analytical as well as creative. Strategic and practical. Passionate about stewardship and the donor journey and someone who enjoys managing and leading others.
