Chief ExecutiveType: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000- £60,000

The Cattanach Trust is one of Scotland’s most valued and respected funding bodies, distributing up to half a million pounds a year to children, pre birth up to the age of 3.
Research into early years experiences has shown how a poor start can affect a whole lifetime. By focussing on this theme, the Trust hopes to change their life prospects and help deliver on the Scottish Government’s national outcome:
"Our children have the best start in life and are ready to succeed."
The Trust wants to continue its excellent good work while examining what options there might be for development and expansion in the future.
It is now looking for a new Chief Executive to support the Board in its thinking while carrying out the day to day business in an exemplary fashion. If you have the leadership skills necessary to do this job, are prepared to be operational as well as strategic and have a deep passion for Scotland’s young vulnerable and their carers, then this could be the ideal career move for you.
You do not need to be/have been a third sector professional but you will need to have a knowledge and understanding of the voluntary and the grant giving sectors. You should have strong financial acumen and project management skills.
