The Wood Foundation has fast become a pivotal provider of expertise and funds in Scotland and overseas. It focuses on three main areas of work: Making Markets Work for the Poor in Sub Sahara Africa, Developing Young People in Scotland and Facilitating Economic and Education Development in Scotland.

The Developing Young People in Scotland programme is a diverse and inspiring collection of work streams which includes the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative, raising awareness in young people of philanthropy and their local communities by championing active citizenship.

The Wood Foundation is looking for a Learning and Evaluation Manager to coordinate all of the monitoring and evaluation activity for the Developing Young People in Scotland portfolio.

This new and exciting role will be part of the senior management team giving strategic leadership on monitoring and evaluation frameworks and ensuring that all relevant programmes have sound working knowledge of these. You will also deliver bespoke monitoring and evaluation support to The Wood Foundation investees as capacity building input to their projects.
