Full Description

Cash for Kids is Bauer Radio’s network of local charities which help children who are disabled, disadvantaged or suffering from abuse or neglect. Covering 22 areas around the UK, they aspire to enable all children to live life to the full and achieve their individual potential.

Cash for Kids is the official charity of Radio Forth and it has been helping children who are sick, disabled or disadvantaged through poverty in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife for over 30 years. With a target of £1.5 million, and helping 54,000 local children annually, this innovative charity is constantly looking at new ways to drive income and engage with new supporters in the business sector.

Radio Forth’s Cash for Kids is now looking to appoint an experienced, creative and target-driven Charity Manager. You will have bags of energy to develop brand new and existing relationships with corporate and high net worth individuals whilst helping run an exciting and lively portfolio of events.

The ideal candidate will have experience of event management as well as exceptional relationship building skills. The charity is looking for a first class networker to use their knowledge of the corporate sector to build and develop its supporters, events and campaigns. Fundraising experience is not essential but is desirable.

If you are looking for an exciting career move and would like to work in partnership with one of the East of Scotland’s biggest radio stations, we would love to hear from you.
