Sally McNaught, Associate

Sally McNaught - Associate

Sally has more than 12 years first-hand fundraising experience covering both project-specific and revenue fundraising. Having begun her fundraising career in higher education with alumni programmes, she then went on to launch and grow the membership programme for the Botanics in Edinburgh. This involved elements of event-based fundraising, PR, marketing, project-specific appeals and also the recruitment, training and mentoring of teams of volunteers.

Sally will use her varied experience to steward and grow the Charity Career Start Programme (providing people wanting to begin a career in fundraising with an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience) and also to develop the Trustee Recruitment Service (matching experienced fundraising professionals with charities needing to broaden the expertise of their Board members).
