Women care more about their firm's policy on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) than men finds new research. The report by recruitment consultants TCS, finds that 83% of women were attracted by an organisation's ethical policies compared to 73% of men. And 47% of women said that CSR would definitely influence their decision to accept a job, while only 40% of men took it into consideration.
